eBuddy for mobile is a free instant messenger that enables you to chat with your MSN, Yahoo, Google Talk, MySpace and AIM buddies so you can chat with your buddies everywhere from your mobilephone.The mobile instant messaging version (eBuddy Lite), compatible with Mobile/Cell Phones, PDA's, PlayStation Portable, Nintendo DS works only on devices that support WAP or xHTML.

For Mobilephone, eBuddy need a Java(J2me) support and internet connection (WAP, GPRS, HDSPA, etc).You must set up your mobilephone internet connection as your service provider connection instruction, because each service provider has its own way to set up the internet connection.
After the internet connection set up is working, you must instal the eBuddy Mobile Messenger. You can download it at http://get.ebuddy.com/. If you download from PC you must transfer the setup file (*.jar or *.jad file extension) into your mobilephone, or you can directly download from your mobilephone internet connection and instal eBuddy.
You can choose different language beside English. The animation (e.g window, shade, sound, etc.) is quite attractive, but eBuddy can run slowly for some mobilephone because its animation. Your picture will change into eBuddy Logo. It will affect when you login to your account (from your PC) and your picture will turn into eBuddy logo. It would be annoying for narcissist person =))..

eBuddy Mobile Messenger is free and it is a Beta release. But your mobile operator may charge you for using mobile internet. Check your price-plan to see what you pay per MB of data usage. eBuddy uses the internet service of the mobile phone to send / receive the Instant Messages. It does not use sms messages for chatting, all is done through the internet access. The data transfer that is generated when using eBuddy is charged to you by your Mobile Service Provider.
